PrivySwipe (“we”, “our”, “us”) is designed to protect your privacy — not to collect your data.

PrivySwipe is a screen-overlay tool that helps users reduce shoulder-surfing by displaying a customizable privacy curtain on top of other apps.
PrivySwipe does not access, store, transmit, or share any personal data from your device.

2.1. No Personal Data Collection

PrivySwipe does not collect any of the following:

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers

• No photos, videos, files, media

• No messages, chat content, or app activity

• No browsing history

• No device identifiers

• No analytics or tracking data

We do not run ads (unless you add them later) and we do not share user information with third parties.

3. Permissions Explained

PrivySwipe may request the following technical permissions:

3.1. “Draw Over Other Apps” Permission

Required to display the privacy curtain overlay on your screen.
This permission only displays the curtain — it does not allow the app to read content from your screen or detect what app you are using.

3.2. Foreground Service

Used to keep the overlay active when switching between apps.
PrivySwipe does not log or track foreground app usage.

3.3. (Optional) Storage Access – Only if Premium Features Added

If you use “Custom Background Image”, PrivySwipe may request access to select an image from your device.
PrivySwipe does not upload, store, or analyze these images — they stay on your device.

PrivySwipe never requests Accessibility Services.

4. How Your Information Is Used

Since PrivySwipe does not collect or store personal data, there is no information used for processing, advertising, analytics, or selling.

Any app settings you configure (opacity, curtain height, presets) are stored locally on your device only.

5. Children’s Privacy

PrivySwipe does not collect personal information from children.
The app may be used by individuals of all ages, but it contains no content targeted at minors.

6. Third-Party Services

PrivySwipe does not integrate with third-party analytic tools or advertising SDKs (unless added later).
If advertising or analytics is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before changes take effect.

7. Data Security

Because PrivySwipe does not store user data, there is no risk of data breaches relating to user information.
All functionality operates fully on the user’s device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically.
The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website.
